Sorry for the delay in updating, things have been quite busy on the Dance Company front!
The carnival was a whole week ago now, and the Company did fantastic in their rendition of Disco Inferno, winning themselves Best Adult Entry along with Most Appropriate music.
Thank you and well done to all involved, including those parents who were walkers on the night, and especially Carol for putting so much effort into the costumes.
Also, a huge well done to the Weston Rebels Cheerleaders who won Best Costume for their entry!
Now, to prepare for London and next years Junior Arts Festival!
See you soon.

A quick update
The Dance Company is now well into the preparations for this years carnival, with Disco Inferno being the theme this time around.
At the same time, we are preparing for the trip to Sadlers Wells in the spring, with Lisa Jane working us all hard to achieve what we know we can do - the best!
Hope you are all enjoying yourselves, and we will see you after half term.

The Show!!!!!
The show is over, and all of our hard work really paid off. Even though the rehearsal was slightly shaky, we pulled it off when it mattered most, and the audience certainly loved it.
A huge well done to everyone who took part, you all did fantastically. I hope you all enjoyed yourselves, and make sure you get some rest now before next week.
A huge thank you goes out to Lisa Jane for all her hard work and effort, Carol for all the hours she put into the fabulous costumes, to Gemma and Laura for all of their hard work on the day, to Tash, Clare, Val, Thelma, Cris and Chris, Josh and anyone else who gave up their time to help us make the show possible and make it as amazing as it was.
Also, good luck and see you soon to Clare England, who is leaving for University next week. We will miss you honey, stay in touch.
Also Thank you to everyone who gave us money towards the presents. Every penny counted!
Thank you to the audience for supporting us in our performance. We hope you enjoyed yourselves!
Next up we have Weston Carnival and then in the spring, another trip to Sadler's Wells. Can't wait!
So yes, well done everyone, you were all awesome, and I know I certainly had a FANTASTIC time. I hope you did too.
If I can get them, I will post some pictures at a later date =)

The Show...
Well, The Dance Company Showcase is fast approaching (this Saturday!) and if we don't know the routines now, God help us =P. Finishing touches are being put to costumes and Hyper Organisation Mode has been launched.
I hope you are all looking forward to the big day. This is where all our hard work pays off!
Remember - be at the Blakehay for 10 o'clock for rehearsals and the show starts at 2:45PM.
Break a leg! (Please, not literally. Lisa Jane would kill us both!)
